Make sure to drink plenty of water when travelling, especially when travelling by air. During busy, hectic days of travel, many people neglect to stay adequately hydrated, leading to feelings of nausea compounded by the stress you feel when travelling. Always have a bottle of water on hand.

When vacationing in any of our world’s beautiful areas, it is important to leave nothing behind. Do not leave trash of any kind, and do not take any artifacts from natural areas or historical sites. If you are in the wilderness, avoid disturbing the natural elements, for example leave the beautiful rocks where they are. Leave everything you find in these places as you found it.

A great travel tip is to book your hotel room on the first floor if the hotel you’re staying at charges for wi-fi. Generally, on the first floor you might pick up different signals you can connect to. If you’re on a higher floor you aren’t likely to pick up any signals.

Make sure you tip well on your vacation. Give the steward a nice tip when you first board the ship. There is a good chance the crew you see in the beginning will be the ones taking care of you the entire time, so if you tip them well, you are sure to get good service in return.

Take a sleep aid once you are airborne. It will make the flight go by in what seems to be minutes, instead of suffering through a ten hour flight, surrounded by snoring passengers. Do not take the sleep aid before you are airborne because you may find yourself in trouble if there is a delay in your flight and you have to leave the plane.
